How to stop geting sick all the time?

I've been getting sick alot lately, idk if its due to allergies or what. I live in ohio, and its been really hot at night and we have a air conditionar that goes in the window. Well we ran it last night and my head is hurting my throats itchy andmy nose is completly stuffy. Theres nothing i can do about not running the air its like 90 in the apartment and we dont have central air. Does anyone have any suggestions? It seems fans do this to me also. WHY?? i dont understand.I dont really like going to the doctor i dont have insurance and they never seem to help anyways, so im not looking for GO TO THE DOCTOR AND ASK HIM/HER. I just want to know why the fan and air may do this and what i can do to help it. Also i have a weak immune system and keep geting pleurisy, and the doctor couldnt figure that out either! is there somethings i can do to help my immune system now, i'm only 19?? I need to drink more water, and what about womens one a days?? how do them work, are they magical?

Allergies or any sickness or disease are only symptoms. Stuffy nose or head could be due to improper circulation of the blood caused by being improperly clad. You can build your immune system by stop breaking down your immune system.

Short sleeves and short pants tends to an unequal circulation of the blood. The blood will congregate where the body is warmest and if the arms and/or legs are chilled, the majority of the blood will congest in the midsectional parts of the body.

Disease is an effort of nature to free itself from condtions that result from a violations of the laws of health.

You can minimize your sickness or even eliminate it by living in harmony with the 8 laws of health.

NUTRITION - Try 2 meals a day and your heaviest meal in the earlier part of the day so that the work of digestion is not carried on when you should be sleeping at night.

Don't drink fluid with meals because this interrupts digestion. Don't eat between meals and put at least 4-5 hours between meals. Don't eat refined foods (white rice, white sugar, or white bread) Don't eat blood - the uric acid in the blood is what makes any kind of meat taste good.

Meat-eating is probably the cause of your pleurisy. The bacteria from the flesh of the animal infects your lung tissue through the blood circulation

Try fruits, nuts, grains and vegetables and plenty of fiber foods.

EXERCISE - Walking is simple and easy exercise. A trampoline works the lymphatic system which does not have a pump like the circulatory system. It is also less harsh on the joints than jogging.

WATER - 30 minutes before or 2 hours after a meal. At least 8 glasses per day. Take frequent baths to keep the skin clean and pores free from debris. Steam bath or sauna once or twice a week will help boost the immune. Wastes excreted through the skin will relieve the overburdened liver and decrease the level of toxins circulating in the blood..

SUNLIGHT - Enjoy and soak up the rays but don't overdo it to the point of burning. Don't use sun tan lotions or screens. Sunlight raises or lowers blood pressure, blood sugar and cholesterol according to the body's need.

TEMPERANCE - Stay away from everything bad and use moderately that which is good. Exercise restraint over your thoughts and feelings. Practice self-control.

AIR - Fresh air purifies the blood. Air near the ocean is excellent because of the negative ions and consequent effect on the body.

REST - The body repairs itself during the hours of rest. The hours before midnight are equivalent to 2 hours after midnight.

TRUST IN GOD - Trusting in yourself will only bring stress and lead to self-deception. Only the love of God will properly motivate you for permanent lifestyle change and only the grace of God can enable tyou to make these changes.

Af far as herbs are concerned, Pleurisy root extract without alcohol, echinacea augustifolia and burdock root should help the body heal itself.

Every year my nose gets worse plz help?

im 18, as a kid i had allergies, hayfever, flue, running nose all the time. so at the age of 13-14 i realised my nose is bigger, then at the age of 15 i found a lump is my right nostril, it looks like swollen, after a year i started to get nosebleeds during summertime i was told that it was caused to eating hot foods in summer which makes your body hot and this happens, so the nosebleed got worse the year after, i started bleeding whenever i at hot foods so in october which was in august i went to doctors and i got a spray i used that and ive been fine. the spray also helped me with my allergies, i thought my problems are finished, but no i was wrong if i forgot take the spray the next dat the allergies will come back, the spray didnt help my right nostrils lump. now a year after using the spray i have found a nasal polyp in the left nostril and now im shocked. i dont know what to do, im scared to go doctors because i started smoking during the time i noticed the lump, i smoke because it makes me feel warm and calm and also stops my nose from running, i dont know why smoking has something to do with this. but what im scared of is, my parents finding out that i smoke.

I know what nose prolems are. You seem to have more than what I've experienced. I have been using nasal spray for over 20 years. Smoking is not good but I understand how it could make you feel better.l

Can my house be to clean ?

I keep my house very very clean,( My husband pickes on my about being a female version of Monk ) I have a rainbow cleaning system which I use numerous times a day to remove all dust and things from the air, I change sheets every day, mop, etc. every day.. If I dont it will drive me nuts, well the reason I am asking is every time my 1 year old son goes to someone elses home for more than a few hours he gets sick, runny nose eyes, allergies mainly. My family sais that I keep him to sheltered and dont allow many germs in the house which he is in 24-7 just about and its effecting his immune system, so when they get him he gets sick from the dust etc. in there house that he is not used to. I dont understand, I keep a air filerazation system running at all times to prevent dust etc. why does he need it.. And why cant he spend the night with his pawpaw with out comming home with a runny nose ?/

Your family is right! A little bit of dust and germs never hurts. Kids need that stuff. They need to be exposed to it to build up their immune system. If the body doesn't recognize a bacteria that enters, it can't fight it. It's like be immunized. The body has to know what it's up against.

Does this sound like a dog allergy or something else?

Ok so I have a dog, and I'm not allergic to him at all when I'm around him. He spends the day within petting distance of me, and I dont sneeze, I dont cough, no runny eyes or itchy throat or nothing. When I'm around the dog I'm perfectly fine. Now my dog is not allowed in the kitchen or the bedrooms of my house. At night when I'm sleeping I've got this issue where it feels like my throat is closing up and I have a hard time breathing. I take allergy pills and afterwards I feel fine, but am curious as to why I am having this problem. Like I know I'm allergic to cats because whenever I'm around a cat my eyes water up, I start sneezing and my nose starts to run. But I'm in perfect health when around my dog. Does anyone know whats going on with me? Like right now its day time and I'm not having any problems breathing. So trying to figure out why at night when I'm not around the dog I am having this problem. Does this sound like a dog allergy or something else? Also if it is a dog allergy, what can I do to fix this problem without getting rid of my dog? (Not getting rid of my dog)

When you're throat tightens shut and it's seems difficult to breathe, you may be having an anaphalactic shock, which can be very life-threatening. And, taking the allergy pills would treat symptoms, like an EpiPen. You should get examined by a physician promptly and also schedule an allergy skin test. Hope this helped.

Why do i get palpitations?

For the last 2 years now ive been experiencing palpitations, flutters in the chest. It all started one night where I decided to consume alot of alcohol, the next morning I woke up out of bed, and my heart started racing and beating abnormaly. I rushed to the hospital and was monitored for 3 hours, finally after 3 hours it stopped. They said I had an atrial fibrillation attack. SInce then I've stopped all caffeines, all chocolates , alcohol and whatever else causes those flutters. I had a second attack that laster a whole day, but it wasnt as strong as the last one. The flutters would go and stop go and stop but they didnt stop all day. I eventually found out that it was from using to much nose spray. There was a substance in the spray that reacted as a caffeine and that was my problem. My doctor told me that my heart is hypersensitive. Ever since that attack, I try to live a normal life, I do alot of running and I still get flutters about 20 to 30 times a day., sometimes less sometimes more. I did notice that since I started getting allergy shots that they didnt happen quite as often but they defenately didn't go away. And now that I am not on the shots anymore, I seem to get them more and more frequently. COuld this all have to do with severe allergies???? I wake up in the morning and can barely breathe and my eyes get red red. I dunno if its all part of my severe allergies or if it just doesnt help the situation but I would defenately like an answer for that one. At this point of my life, i feel like im not normal like everyove else. I just want to live a normal life like I did before and do whatever I want. I used to smoke and drink tons of cofee and now, I cant even take a sip of it or smoke. I'm scared to wake up early in the morning because if I don't get good sleep, ill get them all day long. Im scared that later on down the road as a get older, my heart will become weaker and weaker and that i will get them more and more, could this happend??? They are so annoying. I have a really strong pulse and I can feel everything that goes on. I saw my cardiologist twice and went through every kind of testing possible. At the end of the day he told me that I wasnt gonna die and to stop worrying and live a normal life. In otherwords, he said that the flutters were nuicance and that my heart was normal for a 24 year old. But I keep thinking, what if there is something wrong, what if I developped a second pace maker inside my heart and that all the signals are mixing up which is creating palpitations, especially when caffeine or substances get involved. is this possible???. Would he have seen this on the ultrasound? I need help. Its been the longest two years of my life. Sometimes they go away for a few days but they always come back to haunt me. I could be running, sitting, laying down on my side, it doesnt matter, they happen when they want. And everymorning, when I wake up , I know that I got to deal with these all over again, its not fun and I need some good advice. My last question is: Is there a surgery or a precedure that can eliminate flutters forever. I've heard of a precedure where they burn a part of the heart so that you dont get atrial fibrillation anymore but does that go for flutters as well?? I hope someone can answer all of these questions for me. I'd really appreciate that. Thank You.

I did read all of your question and the one thing I see the most is the stress this is causing you. Stress will cause palpitations, I used to have them until I could hardly get my breath or take a deep breath. The best thing is to get the stress under control. I would avoid caffeine but you can get decaf in almost anything (tea, coffee & pop) and most juices I see don't have caffeine. I go to a psychologist weekly to help me learn to control my stress and have not had a bad case of palpitations in years. Sometimes I will get a flutter if I allow something to get me stressed but you have to learn to deal with that and a psychologist is the best person to help you, they don't give medications (not allowed) so you learn to control stress with just your mind and your thinking. If you really want to get better this is the way to go. I can remember the days when I was afraid to breathe because of the pain, now I don't worry about that because I know what to do. Don't even think about treatments for the heart (which they won't do anyway for palpitations) until you have tried seeing a psychologist. The one I have is fantastic, I feel he saved my life because like you I was terrified something serious was wrong. Please give this a try, it takes a long time so don't be in a hurry, they have to help you rethink everything that causes you stress but it was well worth the time & money for me. I've been going almost 4 years but I also have several medical issues that cause me tons of stress, they have no cure so that is hard for me to handle. I think if you stick with this you will see a huge difference. If you get a Dr who is not helping you, find another. It took me several before I found one who helped me. You should know in 2-3 months if you feel any better, if not, that may not be the Dr for you, keep looking till you find a good one.
