What is then most effective natural OTC testosterone booster. I want to have greater gain for bodybuilding, i am curently working out for 3 intense workouts a week, and am taking whey protien, vitamins, and half the suggested creatine amount on the package. i use the creatine for energy and recovery.
macca, Tribula Terrestris , horny goat weed?
Please don't use that crap! It does nothing for you in the long run and will only affect your muscels/body later on.
What is the best testosterone booster on the market?
I'm looking for size increase. What testosterone booster would be the best for me to take?
Most testosterone boosters are vitamin and mineral supplements as they are the first step towards a good balanced diet and these 'boosters' ensure you get all the minerals and vitamins you need.
So most of them will not help you build muscle (I'm assuming that's what you mean when you say 'size increase' - if you mean increase the size of your penis you're out of luck as nothing will help that grow larger than nature intended).
The way to increase, the the max, what you body can naturally product is:
1/ Balanced diet high in zinc (zinc is vital in the manufacture of testosterone, it stop it from being converted into estradiol (female hormone) and acts to convert any estradiol in your body into testosterone);
2/ stop smoking and drinking (alcohol is a real t-killer) and
3/ Start a regime of gentle exercise and slowly built this up to a tougher and tougher regime. Do NOT take on excessive exercise as this will also kill your t-levels.
If this fails then you need (after you see your doctor for a blood test to check t-levels) bio-identical testosterone supplementation. Bio-identical as it does not have any side-effects and is exactly what your body is trying to manufacture and so works better than any artificially manufactured alternatives.

What are the benefits/drawbacks to testosterone booster and/or steroids?
What are the good things gained from taking testosterone booster and what are the side effects? How about steroids, or are these the same thing? I have started lifting and am looking to start to gain mass. I have heard various sides of both of these. I am 22, 5'11", and weigh about 165 now.
the benefits of testosterone boosters are that in theory, elevated levels of testosterone lead to higher levels of aggressive energy that will allow you to lift more weights in the gym, and a higher level of natural muscle synthesis. the problem with these test boosters is that they do not elevate testosterone to a high enough level to produce the desired results. that is where your steroids come into play. steroids allow your body to produce and build muscle through different pathways, most of them through elevated levels of testosterone or by shutting down the part of your body that limits the natural production of muscle. if you do the right research on illegal steroids, you will learn the 2 side effects that make me stay away from them. most of the steroids are extremely toxic to the liver, can cause liver damage, kidney damage, and also send your cholesterol through the roof, they also exhibit androgenic effects such as baldness, acne, and gyno (man boobs) the other side effect of steroids is the shut down of your natural testosterone production, shrinkage of testes, and impotence while cycling.. other factors to consider is water retention, joint pain, general sick or flu feeling, heres my advise to you, if you are a beginner lifter, concentrate on the 3 basics.. consistency, intensity, and diet. there are no real good shortcuts out there.. the ones that work are not worth the damage to your body all for the sake of 10 extra pounds.. eat good, lift hard, and stay consistent. you will make gains, and you will be able to proudly say you did it without the help of illegal substances or shortcuts.. feel free to email me if you have any questions on what i wrote. good luck to ya
is it ok to take testosterone booster and weight gainer at the same time?
im currently taking the mass builder True Mass, and my friend told me about this stuff called arimatest from gnc that works really really good. From what i know arimatest is a testosterone booster. Does anyone know if it is ok or if is dangerous to take both of these at the same time?
Before you take a test booster, make sure you know about the proper cycling of a pro-hormone supplement. You can seriously screw your body up without proper knowledge. You will need to have a good PCT ( post cycle therapy) to come off of the test booster as well as a supplement for your liver ( milk thistle, Liver care, etc.). You will need to know how long and how much of it to put into your body as well. Dont do it until you have researched it completely.
As far as the Mass Builder, dont waste your money on weight gainers, they really dont work, just eat more food.
NO booster or testosterone booster needed for my workout stack?
Im looking for a good effective nitric oxide booster and or testosterone booster to add to my stack, I want something natural and not as corrosive to the system as steroids.
Ive had a few before including Blue Gene and NO Xplode and I cycled them in my stack and I had ok results, then once I researched into there compound and found out that icariin extract is one of the main natural Nitric Oxide boosters in them I decided to look for some pure icariin capsules. I managed to get some 60% icariin capsules and am pretty stoked to have them in my stack, as they are total rocket fuel these bad boys, defo my favorite pre-workout supp no doubt.
So yeah for safe natural NO boosters 60% icariin capsules will be my recommendation every time kiddo.
good lifting lad, bye.
Does testosterone booster have an impact on what sex the baby will be?
Before our first child, I was taking a testosterone booster for my workout and we ended up having a boy. I have been taking another testosterone booster for my workout regimen. My wife and I are expecting our second child and I wondered if it actually has an effect on what sex the baby will be. She thinks it will be a girl, but I have a feeling it's another boy. Has anyone ever heard of this or experienced it?
well normal testosterone taken when couples are infertile usually only helps with sperm count...I've never heard of it deciding the gender of a child...so it should have absolutely no affect...it may be that your side of the family just has alot more boys than girls, if you think you are having a boy..only an ultrasound will tell you now..GOOD LUCK and CONGRATULATIONS :o)
Whats a testosterone booster that does not show up on a drug test?
yeah, i am in powerlifting, and i just wana know if there is a mild testosterone booster that wont show up on tests
There is no real testosterone booster that won't show up on a drug test and by the way you state you question I am guessing it is not allowed anyways. Anyways, the only real way that would give you a performance boost is if you take creatine. You are probably already on it if you are serious about lifting but also note that if you are still a teenager that it has not been thoroughly tested and can cause problems like acne and etc.
How can you spot the difference between a natural, safe testosterone booster and one that isn't?
I've been working out for a few years now and am still young, but am looking into test boosters. I want someting natural and safe and that will not mess by test levels up after my cycle. How can I tell the difference between a safe test booster and a possibly harmful one? (because theres a lot of products out there and i just dont want anything harmful later down the road).
